1 The goal
Draft a 5-player squad from across the competitive circuit for 100 credits or less, and pick one as your captain. Every player scores points from their real final finish at tournaments (better finish = more points), and your captain's points are doubled (×2). Your squad carries all season and your points add up across every event — highest total wins. It's free: no money, no prize, just bragging rights and a global leaderboard.
2 Build your squad
The Player Pool lists every available player with a price (◎ credits) and a model projection (proj pts — how many points we expect them to score).
- Tap + to add a player to Your Squad (up to 5). Tap ✕ to remove.
- Watch Credits left — you can't go over budget, so balance stars with cheaper value picks.
- Filter the pool: ⭐ Stars · Mid · 💰 Value · Affordable (fits your remaining budget) · ★ Watch.
- Sort by Projection, Cheapest, Priciest, or IFPA rank.
- Search by name in the search box.
- Tap the ☆ on any player to add them to your personal watchlist (then use the ★ Watch filter).
3 Pick your captain
In Your Squad, tap the ★ next to a player to make them captain. The captain's points are doubled (×2), so pick the player you're most confident will finish high. You can change your captain any time while entries are open.
4 Save your squad
Once you have 5 players, a captain, and you're within budget, the SAVE MY SQUAD button lights up. Enter a display name (shown on the leaderboard) and an email (only used to notify winners), then save.
5 Sign in (optional)
You can play and save a squad without an account — but signing in keeps your squad, leagues, and history tied to you across every device and browser. It's passwordless — nothing to remember.
- Tap Sign in (top-right) and enter your email.
- We email you a one-tap sign-in link (from TAZ Fantasy Pinball). Open it in the same browser you started in and you're in — no password, ever.
- Signing in links the squad you've already built to your account, so nothing you've done is lost.
- Once you're in, the avatar menu (top-right) → Settings lets you set a display name and profile photo.
6 Scoring & the leaderboard
Because the IFPA21 World Pinball Championship has already been played, your squad is scored instantly against the real results the moment you save — and you appear on the leaderboard with your points and a YOU tag. Keep tweaking your squad and re-saving as often as you like — this showcase contest has no entry deadline. Tap ℹ️ How scoring works on the main page for the full detail.
7 Private leagues
Go head-to-head with friends on your own leaderboard.
- Create a league → you get a short code and an invite link. Share the link with friends.
- Join a friend's league by opening their invite link, or entering their code under "Join with a code".
- Use the league tab on the leaderboard to see just your league's standings.
- Chat with your league right on the page.
8 Transfers & captain changes
Your squad carries across the whole season. Between events you get a limited number of free transfers and can re-pick your captain. When a new event is upcoming, the Manage panel appears on your squad card — swap a player out for one on the bench and set your captain before the deadline.
